Crispy dosa
Ingredients- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Urad dal – ¾ cup
- Cooked rice – ¾ cup
- Water – 1 ½ cup
- Salt – as required
Method- Soak raw rice and urad dal for 2 to 3 hrs.
- Grind all the ingredients except salt to a fine paste.
- Place the mixture in a warm place for 10 to 12 hrs for fermentation.
- Add salt and mix.
- Heat a fry pan and grease with oil.
- Pour a ladle full of batter at the center of the pan.
- Starting from center spread the batter into a thin round.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook till the row color changes.
- Open the lid and remove when crisp and golden brown.
