Ingredients
- Beef/ Mutton – 1 kg
- Coconut (cut into ½ inch squares) – ½ cup
- Onion (chopped) – 1 big
- Ginger (thinly sliced) – 2 cm piece
- Chilly powder – ½ tbsp
- Coriander powder –1 ½ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
- Garam Masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – ½ tbsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Water – ¼ cup
- Salt – as required
- Curry leaves – a few
- Cook beef along with all the other ingredients except oil till soft.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the cooked beef.
- Stirring occasionally fry in a medium low flame.
- Remove from fire when dry and brown in color.
