Ingredients
- Chicken Legs - 8 nos
- Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
- Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder -1 tsp
- Yogurt/ curd - 1cup
- Lemon - juice of one
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Make gashes on chicken legs.
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except oil.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 200C/ 400F.
- Grease a baking tray with oil and place the chicken on it.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes, then turn the pieces and bake for another 25 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top.
