- Peanuts (roasted & skinless) – 1 cup
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Heat sugar in a thick bottom pan on medium heat.
- Stir continuously to get a molten syrup in golden brown.
- Then add butter and peanuts and mix well.
- Transfer into a greased tray.
- Spread as thinly as possible.
- Before it cools cut into desired shapes.
- Keep in an airtight container.

ReplyDeleteCant tell u how much I love peant bars. I love the crunchy taste of peanuts and if I had to be honest, I consume them so much every day that one be in a shock seeing me! It's peanutty addiction. U have a lovely site. Nice layout too.
