
Ingredients
- Egg – 2 nos
- Onion (thinly sliced) – 2 nos
- Tomato (diced) – 1 no
- Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder – ¼ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala – ½ tbsp
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt – as required
- Curry leaves – a few
- Coriander leaves – a few
- Hard boil the eggs and remove the shell.
- Make a paste of chilly, turmeric, coriander and masala powder by adding a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onion and curry leaves by adding salt.
- When onions are well cooked add the spice paste and fry till a nice aroma comes.
- Add the tomatoes and fry till they are cooked.
- Add tomato sauce and cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
- Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
